Hey everybody!
Sorry for writing a bit late; today the mission did their semiannual sports tournament and we had to travel to Chalco and back, so we're just getting back. But it was crazy fun. Our zone came in third which I'm really proud about, so that was super exciting. I got super sun burnt even though I put on sunscreen but that's chill.
This week we worked super hard. We found 9 new investigators, and it was awesome. Several of our good investigators are progressing as well, and we're planning a baptism for this Saturday. So we'll see what goes down, but all in all, we're super stoked.
I guess I don't really have a funny story to share, and I've had way too many spiritual experiences to count, but something that I think is worth mentioning is that my comp is so awesome. Elder Sanchez is an incredible missionary. He's a great leader, super hard worker, super obedient, and just an all around great guy. I have so much fun working with him.
Today heading back to Cuautla after the activities, I was sitting in the front of the bus with my comp and the bus driver who's a member and served a mission several years ago. Talking to him made me want to give even a little bit more effort, learn even more, keep progressing, and finish out the mission strong. It was really fun.
